I’ve wondered the same a lot lately how bittersweet it is too write all that bothers, in one sense it’s a release thru expression, yet it’s also the pain of remember that of which would be better forgotten

This is very true! Sometimes it can hurt to rethink on things of the past, but it can be helpful and therapeutic too. 🙂 It’s one of the many things I love so much about writing.
